Green Build Council, Remodelers Council, and Custom Council have combined for 2023!
Green Build Council : This program facilitates understanding and acceptance of sensible green building practices. Both Builder and Associate members can access tools to incorporate green building techniques.
Remodelers Council : America’s home for professional remodelers. As the remodeling arm of NAHB, and locally, this Council offers a number of must-have benefits for all remodelers.
Custom Council: The Custom Builders Council (CBC) is a select group of builders who have met a stringent set of professional standards. Members must warranty the homes they build and carry appropriate insurances. They also must have sound business and client references and proven business ethics. Members are a diverse group who build custom homes in all price ranges, architectural styles and regions of central New Mexico.
