Who are we?
The Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico (HBA of CNM) is one of the largest and most progressive trade organizations in the state of New Mexico.

With approximately 1100 members, we represent over 30,000 jobs in the greater Albuquerque metro area, and are ranked within the top five percent of Home Builder Associations across the country and Canada.

There are two classifications of Membership within the HBA of CNM:

• Builders- Builders, Remodelers, and Land Developers
• Associates- Anyone affiliated in the home building industry- banks, mortgage companies, insurance, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.

Services offered in the HBA of CNM fall into three main categories:

Education- continuing education geared specifically for the building industry.
Advocacy- Lobbying efforts at the local, state and national level.
Networking- Dinners, Mixers, and countless marketing

Also, when you join our Association, you automatically become a member of the New Mexico Home Builders Association as well as the National Association of Home Builders, and can benefit from all the resources and services these three Associations offer you and your business.

Application
Acceptance of the application is subject to approval and acceptance by the HBA of CNM Board of Directors. You must provide business and personal references upon request of the Board of Directors.

Our success is a direct result of our members’ support! Thus, we ask that all of our members become active within our Association and make the most of their membership.
