Build Green NM Council

Build Green NM (BGNM) is committed to preserving New Mexico’s environment and ensuring a sustainable future through smart home building and buying guidelines. Build Green NM is the most successful residential construction certification program in New Mexico. Build Green NM offers its members educational seminars, field training, and networking events.

Custom Builders Council

The Custom Builders Council (CBC) is a select group of professional builders unified to promote excellence in custom home building in central New Mexico. Each year, they hold a Home Tour to market the distinctive, quality built homes of its members. The CBC also provides community outreach through fun events like the Motorcycle Run and Porsche Raffle charity fundraiser.

Remodelors^TM Council

The Remodelers Council (RMC) serves approximately one hundred members. They offer educational luncheons, publish the Guide to Home Remodeling, and organize continuing education courses. The mission of the RMC is to promote professional remodeling through public awareness, education and ethical business practice.

Sales & Marketing Council

The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC)is working to provide educational and networking opportunities to professionals in the home building industry. They offer networking mixers, organize Certified Sales Professional Designation Courses, and recognize sales professionals’ achievements with the annual Million Dollar Circle Awards.
