The Membership Committee works to promote the advantages of membership within our Association. This committee puts together the Ambassador program, which pairs new members with active members, new member orientations, and other fun networking events throughout the year, including the Luau, Casino Night, and Tailgate/Chili Cook-Off and more!

Homes Of Enchantment Parade Committee
|
This committee organizes the Homes of Enchantment Parade, a new construction and remodel home tour held each October, which showcases builder members, subcontractors and suppliers around the Greater Albuquerque Metro area. The Parade has become one of the most anticipated new home marketing events in the region.

Showcase Committee
|
This committee produces the annual Home Builders & Remodelers Showcase, one of the largest home shows in the Southwest. The Showcase is an event that allows companies to feature their products and services to consumers interested in home- buying and/or remodeling.

Government Affairs Committee
|
The Government Affairs committee advocates for public policies aimed at ensuring an adequate supply of quality, affordable housing available to all New Mexicans. Through collaboration of industry-related advocates and public officials, they aim to address our members’ concerns, our industry’s core issues and seek practical ways to navigate the public policy systems in order to advance home building agendas.

Golf Benefit
|
The Golf committee orchestrates the annual Golf Benefit, held at the Santa Ana Golf Course each June. This is the largest and most popular golf tournament in New Mexico, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Home Builders Care, our community outreach program.

Home Builders Care
|
Home Builders Care is comprised of volunteer members of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico who work to improve the community of Greater Albuquerque through consumer education, environmental action and community restoration. Home Builders Care projects include remodeling homes for needy families in our region, and working to clean up the Rio Grande Bosque.

Bowling Tournament
|
The Bowling Committee produces the annual Remodelers Council Bowling Tournament each November to raise money for the Women's Housing Coalition, a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing, training and a variety of support services to homeless and low-income mothers who are motivated to become self-sufficient.
