Membership Committee

The Membership Committee works to promote the advantages of membership within our Association. This committee puts together the Ambassador program, which pairs new members with active members, new member orientations, and other fun networking events throughout the year, including the Luau, Casino Night, and Tailgate/Chili Cook-Off and more!

Homes Of Enchantment Parade Committee

This committee organizes the Homes of Enchantment Parade, a new construction and remodel home tour held each October, which showcases builder members, subcontractors and suppliers around the Greater Albuquerque Metro area. The Parade has become one of the most anticipated new home marketing events in the region.

Government Affairs Committee

The Government Affairs committee advocates for public policies aimed at ensuring an adequate supply of quality, affordable housing available to all New Mexicans. Through collaboration of industry-related advocates and public officials, they aim to address our members’ concerns, our industry’s core issues and seek practical ways to navigate the public policy systems in order to advance home building agendas.

Home Builders Care

Home Builders Care is comprised of volunteer members of the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico who work to improve the community of Greater Albuquerque through consumer education, environmental action and community restoration. Home Builders Care projects include remodeling homes for needy families in our region, and working to clean up the Rio Grande Bosque.

Bowling Tournament

The Bowling Committee produces the annual Remodelers Council Bowling Tournament each November to raise money for the Women's Housing Coalition, a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing, training and a variety of support services to homeless and low-income mothers who are motivated to become self-sufficient.
